In 2023, to celebrate Halloween, the Haunted Mansion has made a return to the NC Mall. If you’ve experienced Haunted Hijinks in the past, you’ll find this event quite familiar.
Special Crystal Ball packs are available to illuminate rooms and earn rewards. This event takes place from October 16, 2023, through October 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM NST. Be sure to activate your Crystal Balls by 11:59 PM NST on October 31st, but you don’t need to rush to claim your prizes; you have until the next year’s Haunted Mansion to use up all your Crystal Ball packs. Participation in this event is permitted on your side account(s) as well. For further details, consult the official FAQ.
Acquiring Crystal Balls During this event, you may claim a maximum of 16 prizes. If you purchase more Crystal Ball packs than that, any extras will be non-redeemable. For instance, if you activate a 1-pack and then decide to activate a 16-pack, the first 16 will be eligible to claim prizes, and the 17th will remain inactive.

Prizes After activating your Crystal Balls, visit the Haunted Mansion section in the Mall and click on one of the active, glowing windows to receive your item.
Even if you join the event late, you can still claim prizes for past dates until next year’s event. However, the final deadline to purchase and activate your Bubbling Cauldrons is October 31, 2023.
You can claim each prize only once, for a total of 16 prizes.
