Kadoatery Feeding Tips
Step 1: Prepare Your Windows
- Open three windows: Kadoatery, Shop Wizard, and your SDB.
- Use Ctrl+C (Copy) and Ctrl+V (Paste) to quickly purchase items.
- Look for rare and unusual items (preferably over 1k) in the Shop Wizard. Be quick, as others might already have the item in their inventory or SDB.
Step 2: Don’t Sell Immediately
- Don’t sell the items right away. Kadoaties’ food repeats, so keep them for future use.
- Check out ebil_girl’s petpage for common food items that frequently repeat.
Step 3: Set Your Clock
- Set your clock to NST time with accurate seconds.
- Prepare to sit at the Kadoatery for 30+ minutes to ensure you catch the right refresh. Once you know the refresh timing, you can leave and return around 14 minutes later.
Step 4: Stock Up on Common Items
- Refer to pathi_2001’s petpage for tips on common items to prepare.
- Store 48 of these items in your inventory so you’re always ready.
Step 5: Track Refresh Times
- Refresh times typically range between 30-35 minutes, but occasionally go up to 50 minutes. Be ready to check again after 28 minutes.
Step 6: Refresh at the Right Moment
- Refresh precisely at the top of the minute and click on any Kadoaties that have the food you need. Be quick to click before others.
Step 7: Use Shop Wizard if Needed
- If you don’t see any available food in your inventory, use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to find the item in the Shop Wizard. Be fast!
Step 8: Avatar Pursuit Tips
- For avatar seekers, plan to feed 48 Kadoaties in one day if you can stay at it for 2 days straight.
- Spread the task over 3 days for a more manageable approach to avoid exhaustion.
This method will certainly help you feed Kadoaties and earn that elusive avatar! It’s all about speed, preparation, and timing. Keep the patience and the dedication, and you’ll get there!
Feeding Kadoaties FAQ
What happens when you feed one?
According to the editorials, you can WIN a Kadoatie if you feed enough! However, the exact number required to earn a Kadoatie is still unknown. What I can tell you for sure is this: Once you feed your first Kadoatie, you’ll earn a bronze trophy for your lookup. Feed 1-9 Kadoaties and you’ll get the bronze trophy. Feed 10-24, and you’ll earn a silver trophy. Feed 25 or more, and you’ll snag a gold trophy! And finally, at 75 feeds, you’ll earn that much-desired avatar. It takes dedication, but it’s totally worth it!
Sorry to annoy you, but since when could you only feed one Kad?
You’re not annoying me at all! As far as I know, TNT allowed feeding more than one Kadoatie in the beginning, but that changed after a bug was fixed. Now, you can only feed one Kadoatie at a time. But no worries, it’s way more fair now!
Could you please tell me what time the cats were last hungry?
Haha, this is probably the most common question I get after feeding a Kadoatie! I would love to help, but only Neomail me if you saw my name at the Kadoatery. Otherwise, I might not know when they last refreshed. For more details, you can check out the refresh times [here](insert link).
How do you make the time you feed the Kad automatically appear in your petpage?
Ah, sadly, I’m no genius when it comes to automating things. I manually update my petpage each time I feed a Kadoatie, entering the time by hand. If you find a way to automate it, let me know!
I have the food, but how do I feed them? I went to my inventory but there was no option to feed the Kadoatie?
Make sure the food is in your inventory, not in your SDB, Trades, or Shops. Then, when you see a hungry Kadoatie, click on it to feed them. If you’re the first one to click, you’ll get the chance to feed them!
What’s the trick to be really fast?
Speed is key! Refresh the Kadoatery at exactly the start of the minute to maximize your chances of finding a hungry Kadoatie. Also, make sure you have the food in your inventory and not too many items—space is important. Keep 48 common foods in your inventory, but make sure to leave room for more items if needed!
Is there a list of common food the Kadoaties ask for?
Yes! You can check out [this list](insert link) for a compilation of foods Kadoaties commonly request. It’s not always up-to-date, but it’s a good starting point.
Why do the Kadoaties cry even when they are fed?
Poor Kadoaties, right? They often cry even after they’ve been fed because they are afraid of the dark. It’s just in their nature! You can read more about this phenomenon [here](insert link).
Wow, that’s a lot of Kadoaties fed. How much did you spend?
I’ve spent about 55k-60k NPs, but I got most of my food from my SDB, so it was almost free for me. I’m a natural pack rat!
Highest record of Kads fed?
Here’s my record of feeding:
- 13th: 1
- 14th: 8
- 16th: 9
- 17th: 4
- 18th: 10

Once I got the avatar, I stopped keeping track. :)
Wow, you’ve fed Donna and Adam before!
Thanks! If you’re a big fan of Adam and Donna, look for Kadoaties named “Borovan,” “Adam,” “Donna,” or “Poptart.” I’ve managed to feed Adam, Donna, and Borovan so far. You could also try feeding Cindy, if you’re a jazz fan, and drop them a Neomail for fun!
You should give other people a chance at the Kadoatery!
Hey, don’t worry! Just because I have the avatar doesn’t mean I can’t still enjoy feeding Kadoaties. The Kadoatery is a fun game, and I love participating—whether I have the avatar or not!
What is a Kadoatie-head?
A “Kadoatie-head” is a term I coined for all the dedicated Kadoatie feeders out there. It’s a title of respect for those who work hard to feed the Kadoaties, even though they don’t own them. It’s a fun community of Kadoatie lovers!
