To get the Valentines Day Site Theme, all you have to do is buy the “A Mysterious Valentines Card” item, and send it to a friend. You and the friend you sent it to, will both receive the site theme! It’s better to buy the A Mysterious Valentines Card earlier, as people stock this item up and try to spike the price up nearing Valentines Day!
To add, the person sending the Valentines Card must already not have the site theme. If the sender does have the site theme already, the recipient will not receive the site theme, rather just the physical card.
