Say what you want but I like it. It’s better then that abomination of a mutant wocky they did last year.
Well, it’s cuter than my cat. And it’s creative, so for that reason alone I can’t really dislike it. But they really need to sort out the at style they are going with, whatever that is, and stick to it. It’s one big inconsistent mess lately, I assume because they keep hiring different freelance artists for every project, without having any idea of what it is they actually want.
I like the design, but the art execution was poor. Like at that super cheesy shadow at the neck. Does he have full-blare fluorescent lights above him or something? smh JS
I’m not a fan of it. The head looks like a Nimmo, but the body looks like a Quiggle. I think they went with some sort of toad for a design, which is weird, because I thought they were based off frogs? Doesn’t seem right for Nimmos. I do like the color scheme and the spikes are cool, but the thumbs up is just weird and looks forced happy.
I like the overall design color and idea, though like bryn said, it looks more like a toad than a frog (it reminds me a lot of horned toads). I’m not a fan of the thumbs up either. Most mutants don’t follow the standard pose for other pets of the species and it kinda has that going on, like it’s just a fancier re-color of the standard Nimmos.
Nimmo heads are normally large but this one is TINY compared to its belly and it just looks bizarre :S Also those tiny hands
