This new Unlockable Ice Treasure is an r99 neopets item, and an unique one at that. The lock on this chest is frozen shut, but the chest itself still packs a hety wallop! It has yet to restock in the main shops, so one would assume when it does, it will initially carry a hefty price tag as all the r99 collectors will be jumping on this new item.
